Grilled Cheese Rolls

So the other day while on pintrest (I am not the only one addicted to that site am I?) I stumbled across this awesome recipe for Grilled Cheese Rolls by Care's Kitchen.  As soon as I saw it I knew I had to give them a try.  I am always on the look out for recipes that my kids will actually eat without a fight and well grilled cheese is one of those things.  It does however get old after a while so these grilled cheese rolls are a fun way to make them new and fresh again.

I have to say the girls LOVED them.  I was not surprised by that at all since they both love grilled cheese.  My hubs and I both really enjoyed these too.  The only problem is that they are almost too easy to eat so you want more than you normally would eat with the sandwich version.  However they are great for the kids since they can walk around and eat on the go.  And truthfully on the weekends that is what my kids do for lunch so these were perfect.

What is your kids favorite food?

Supplies
Bread (once slice per roll)
Cheese (one slice per roll)
Butter
Rolling Pin

Directions

Cut the ends off each bread slice
Flatten your bread with your rolling pin
Melt the butter over Med Heat
Place cheese slice on flat bread slice
Roll the cheese & bread together
Grill in melted butter, turning to grill entire roll.
Eat and Enjoy!
