I always find it so hard to think of stuff to make for Fathers Day, last year we made my hubby a Beer Basket. It always seems so easy to come up with ideas for Mothers Day but for some reason I just draw a blank when it comes to my hubby. This year however I have a few fun ideas to make for him, and this frame is only the first one!
I guess one of the reasons it is so hard to think of stuff to make him is because men just aren't crafty (well most men anyway). But this frame is perfect for my hubby to put in his work room or Man Cave! I just need to figure out what picture of the girls to put in it.
My girls had fun making this, my oldest designed the frame and and put everything on it herself. My little one painted it, well she painted most of it then my oldest fixed it (she is only two). They both get so proud when giving gifts that they made. My little one gave grandma her mothers day present like 10 times because she was so proud of it. So I am sure they will be VERY excited to give this to daddy for Fathers Day.
Supplies
Wooden Frame (we used a 4x6 frame)
Red & Black Paint
Wooden Letter to spell DAD
Washers & Nuts
Glue Gun
Directions
Paint the frame
Paint the wooden Letters
Use your glue gun to glue on the letters
Then using your glue gun glue on the washers and nuts
Dad will LOVE getting this for Fathers Day!
