Frozen Yogurt Banana Pops

I found this recipe on Pintrest a couple weeks ago and knew my girls would LOVE it.  And with all the sprinkles they think it is a naughty treat when they are actually healthy.  The original recipe is from In Sock Monkey Slippers she made this with a few different fruits, we just did the bananas.

My little one (even though she totally helped make them) thinks this is Ice Cream, and every time I give her one she starts screaming "ICEAM, ICEAM" (she is only 2 and that is how she says Ice Cream).  I will warn you that I had a little bit of an issue getting them to NOT eat the sprinkle and chocolate chips before we rolled the banana's in them.  But it was worth the little bit of frustration, because they just love these and they are such a healthy snack that I am just very excited to have found this recipe.

Next time I think we will try it with some other fruit too, since this was such a hit I am sure the girls would love it with anything.  I plan to totally take advantage of this treat since it is healthy and they like it.  It can be so hard to find something the kids love that is healthy too.

What is your kids most favorite Healthy Treat?

Supplies
2 or 3 Banannas
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 TBS Honey
12 Cake Pops
Sprinkles
Mini Chocolate Chops

Directions
In a small dish mix 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
 with 1 TBS of Honey
Stir them together then put in freezer for 5 min for it to get firm (don't let it freeze make sure to take it out after 5min)
While your yogurt is firming up in the freezer prep your bananas.  Cut them in to pieces then insert the cake pop sticks.
Get all your toppings ready for dipping
When your yogurt mixture is ready use a spoon to help cover your bananas with the yogurt
Then dip your yogurt covered bananas in your toppings.  Sit the bananas back on the plate and put in freezer when done.
Now when ready just go get your pops and eat!  My little one thought they were ice cream.
My oldest wanted to know if she could eat them all.
